Cancellation Policy

ART WORKSHOP POLICY Thank you for joining my art workshop! Please read the following policy before booking your session. 1. Workshop Registration & Payment * Your seat is confirmed only after the workshop fee has been successfully received. * Workshop fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where otherwise mentioned below. * Please ensure that the email address and contact details provided during registration are correct, as workshop information and Zoom details will be shared through these details. 2. Cancellations & Refunds * If you are unable to attend the live workshop, the session fee is generally non-refundable. * In case of a genuine emergency, please contact me as early as possible. Refunds or alternative arrangements may be considered at my discretion. * If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by me, you will be given the option of attending the rescheduled session or receiving a full refund. 3. Missing the Live Session * If you are unable to attend the live session, a recording may be provided when specified for that particular workshop. * Recordings are available for a limited period only and must not be downloaded, shared, reproduced, or redistributed. * Please check the individual workshop details for the recording access period. 4. Workshop Materials * A materials list will be shared before the workshop wherever applicable. * Participants are responsible for arranging their own art supplies unless materials are specifically included in the workshop fee. * Minor differences in colours, brands, paper, brushes, or other materials may result in variations in the final artwork. 5. Artwork & Copyright * The demonstrations, techniques, artwork, reference images, and teaching materials provided during the workshop are for the participant’s personal learning only. * Workshop recordings, teaching materials, or demonstration videos may not be copied, shared, sold, uploaded, or distributed without prior written permission. * Participants are welcome to create their own artwork inspired by the workshop. Commercial reproduction or resale of the demonstrated artwork as their own original design is not permitted. 6. Zoom / Technical Issues * Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device suitable for attending the workshop. * Please join the session a few minutes early to ensure that your audio, video, and internet connection are working. * If you experience technical difficulties on you
