Are the paintings framed? Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all artworks are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that best suits your style and space.

How long will it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

What if my artwork arrives damaged? Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return my artwork? Due to the original and handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Can I cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes? No. Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece only. The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
